[vetoed] An ordinance vacating that portion of a certain alley without name extending from the entrance of said alley into Vaughn St, on the south side of said Vaughn St between lot 15 in block 29 and lot 8 in block 31, Willamette Heights Addition to the City of Portland, extending along said alley to the east line of lot 1, in block 31, extended northerly across said alley.
