APPLICANT: Alan Jones, HOLST Architecture ADDRESS: NW 21st and Quimby Type III Design Review for the renovation of a 36,000 s.f. warehouse for a grocery store, plus construction of a new 125,000 s.f. 6-story mixed-use building with ground floor retail and apartments above. The new building will be separated from the renovated warehouse by a 60’-0” pedestrian accessway. Parking for retail and apartments will be surface parking, and parking for the apartments only will be below-grade under the new apartment building. Modifications to some Zoning Code development standards are requested.
