Box contains a photo album with black paper pages. Nearly all of the photographs within are portraits of actors and other people standing outside of the Orpheum Theater's stage entrance door. Names and dates are usually typewritten on photo fronts; there are handwritten notes on the backsides of many photos, but they are partly obscured because at least one edge of each photo is glued to the page. On some pages there are empty spots, indicating that some of the photos originally in this album are gone. The inside cover is signed in pencil with what appears to be the name "Fred N. Lipons."
