Note on verso reads "Bound volumes of the "Daily Journal of Commerce" (City official newspaper) - stored in the old testing station (automobile) located at SE 17th Ave and Powell Boulevard, that were so badly damaged by sewer water that they were destroyed. ----> However, duplicate copies were obtained from the manager if the Daily Journal of Commerce and were microfilmed."
