Aerial view of the western portion of Hayden Island, including both the Vancouver and Portland waterfronts. Visible on the Vancouver side is the current location of the River Road Generating Plant (tenant of facility in 1950 unknown). Portland side is undeveloped slough / wetland lined with log rafts.
