Section 1. If two or more persons conspire to commit any felony defined and made punishable by the laws of the state of Oregon and one or more of such parties do any act to effect the object of such conspiracy, each of the parties to such conspiracy, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by imprisonment in the state penitentiary for a period of not more than three years or by a fine of not more than $1,000, or by both such fine and imprisonment Organization : People : Key Words : Oregon state law ; conspiracy ; subversive
