An article regarding the creation of an organization, Friends of China. The purpose of the organization is to help arouse sentiment against alleged Japanese imperialism in China. Chairman of the Organization, David C. Epps declared that two of the principal policies of the organization are support of President Roosevelt's newly announced foreign policy and a boycott of Japanese goods. Also includes an article regarding the Representation on the Portland Labor Industrial Council, C.I.O. has been granted to Reed college chapter of the American Students Union.
