In the letter Esteb tells the Police Chief that he thinks religionists should keep their views to themselves and not spread religious propaganda through the city. Also includes a Post - War Bulletin by Fee Clifford Esteb. In the bulletin their is a section on police power and religion. Also includes a leaflet that Esteb found at the intersection of Broadway and Interstate, "Ten minutes from now you may be dead, where will your soul spend eternity?"
