The declaration claims that the current war conditions throughout the world have negativity impacted the foreign born. Non - citizens are being dismissed form their jobs and are being intimidated by threats of discrimination, deportation, concentration camps, fingerprinting and registration. The declaration pledges to defend the rights of the non - citizen and the foreign born regardless of place of birth, political, economic, social or religious belief.
