First correspondence from H. M. Niles, Chief of Police and Captain John J. Keegan addressed to Mr. Ralph Moody. Keegan wants to know what the position of the department should take if and when the La Follette Committee should ask for the records of the Police Department in Oregon. Second correspondence from Moddy to Keegan telling him that he has included a letter from Mr. Pray, superintendent of the State Police. Mr. Pray's letter provides Keegan with answers to his question.
