Letter from Headquarters Fort Monmouth, Red Bank, New Jersey addressed to the Chief of Police, Portland, Oregon. Regarding an investigation Fort Monmouth was conducting on certain civilians who were employed on the Post in the Signal Corps Laboratories. The Monmouth office wanted the Portland Police to check facts and answer the unanswered questions of a questionnaire that had been filled out as fully as possible from the information available at the Monmouth office.
