Officer reports addressed to Captain Keegan. First report, February 2nd regarding a lady who wants to see Captain Keegan so she can give him information on J. Y. Bethane and McClements regarding the dirty work they have been doing. Second report September 2nd regarding anti - Jewish leaflets that have been received in Portland. O'Dale who signed this report believes that the leaflets are probably connected to the German American Bund of the Silver Shirts. The file also contains notice of extradition to another state from the Portland Chief of Police, H. M. Niles. The notice is not filled out. Article regarding the growth of the American Students Union at Reed College.
