Notes are possibly form a Red Squad agent / informant. Notes from March 23 regarding the CIO's unwillingness to boycott the unloading and loading of A.F. of L. lumber. The ILWU (C.I.O. union) is unwilling to join the IWA's (C.I.O.) picket lines around ships loading A.F. of L. lumber. C.I.O. leaders from San Francisco pacify the Portland local I.W.A. workers but do not commit to boycotting A.F. of L. lumber. Also includes notes from March 30 about the IWA (C.I.O.) executive board meeting. The C.I.O. realizes that they need to support the I.W.A.'s strike but are worried about refusing to load or unload A.F. of L. lumber.
