The report discusses the May Day Demonstration and the communist parties platform for raising funds and other forms of aid for the Spanish Red forces through the North American Committee to Aid Spanish Democracy. Also includes a directive received by the Northwest District of the Communist party in the form of a wire to Morris Rapport and signed by Earl Browder general secretary of the Communist Party. Rapport was the Northwest District Organizer of the Communist Party.
