Reports made by a possible police agent or informant. The first report was from the March 22 meeting in which the I.L.A. members discusses the possibility of a strike. In the meeting the members voted to arbitrate for two weeks and strike after two weeks if their demands were not made. Second report was from the April 4 meeting discussing the possibility of a strike. The informant reports that the union is in the hands of communist and radicals and that they are planning to strike. Third report was from the April 12 meeting, Mr. Peterson form the San Pedro talked about the negotiations happening in San Francisco regarding the I.L.A.'s struggle to be recognized on the West coast.
