The pamphlet states that the material presented is from a private citizen A P. "Jack" Roark. Roark informs the reader about the obscenity and demoralization that can be found in the Northwest Review. Roark believes that the National Review is dedicated to the corruption of the morals of our students and young people. Also includes a letter from the United Sates Post Office addressed to Walter Huss, informing Huss that the post office is withholding 1096 pieces of his publication the "National Eagle" because of the insert with quotations from the "National Review."
