Bills proposed : a bill to make it a crime to advocate or promote the overthrow of the Government of the United States by force and violence and for other purpose ; shortening or termination of the stay in the United States of certain aliens not admitted for permanent residence ; authorize the Secretary of Labor to deport aliens whose presence in the United state in finical to the public interest ; an oath of allegiance to the constitution of the United States by all teachers of the public schools and other institutions of learning and for other purposes.
