The flyer claims that American Negro Communists are now being trained in Moscow to run a Black community, thus driving out the Whites and enslaving their own fellow Black Communists. On the back of the flyer is a map of the proposed Black Communist State. The flyer could have been produced by the Western Voice, a weekly publication. Organization : People : Trevor, John B.
