The pamphlet recommends candidates that will carry into operation the progressive legislation proposed : for mayor - Ralph C. Clyde ; for city council, department no. 1 - Ben Anderson ; for city council, department no 4. - James C. Cain. There is a written note on the pamphlet that suggest the Municipal progressive political club was formed by Dick Lovelace and Kenneth Fitzgerald.
