An announcement that the convention called for April 16th will be postponed. The letter also includes information about a reopening of a mill where only 150 men out of a normal 350 will return to work. The letter mentions that there is uncertainty on how workers are picked to return to the mill. There are rumors that the Superintendent will not choose men based on seniority. The letter also points out that there is tension between the C.I.O. and A.F. of L. at the mill.
