A resolution to reject the illegal decision of the C.E.F executive to withdraw from the Multnomah County Federation of Unemployed. Charges against the Unemployed Council have gone unproven. Remove from office all those opposed to unity and to suspend the CEF Constitution pending convening of a constitutional convention. Also inculdes a document explaining why there needs to be a new constitutional convention of the C.E.F.
