Flyer addressed to the membership of the N.E.W.F. The author of the flyer wants to know why Mr. Walter Whitbeck has such close ties with members of Portland's Red Squad. The author points out that the Police department is not a friend to the unemployed, last year four longshoreman were shot down at Terminal 4.
