Resolution on the Persecutions of Foreign Born Workers and the general campaign of terror against the whole working class. The resolution was to be sent to the Provisional Committee for the Protection of Foreign Born. A pamphlet titled, "The Attack Upon the Foreign Born Workers, who and what is Behind Mr. R. P. Bonham's Anti - Red Activities?" The pamphlet discuses the arrest of foreign born workers in Astoria and Portland, Oregon conducted by immigration officials.
