First flyer greeting the return of Dirk De Jonge out on bail pending appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court. Second flyer titled, "Gillis Must be Freed." John Gillis, Secretary of the Portland Woodsawer's Union was sentenced to 20 years in prison. Third flyer titled, "Workers attend the criminal syndicalism trials starting Feb. 13th at the Circuit Court, Multnomah county." 13 workers will be tried on charges on criminal syndicalism. Fourth flyer titled, "Denny's Trial Postponed." Edward Denny is charged with criminal syndicalism for being chairman at the same meeting where Dirk DeJonge and Don Cluster spoke. Fifth flyer informing all workers to protest against raids and the shooting of 4 strikers. This protest was probably the same one in which Dirk De Jonge, Don Cluster, Edward R. Denny and Earl Stewart were arrested and charged with criminal syndicalism. From Date is circa.
