A Resolution directing the successful successor to the now water wizard who so sedentarily succinctly sat so subliminally seductively while discussing delightful if difficult dubious antecendenta and who repeatedly religiously and regularly read ridiculous rambling redundancies regarding rigorous if recalcitrant righteousness while playing xenophobic zethers zealously at the zenith of zero zoning which pathetically purport to pronounce persistent propitious if not preposterous perfidious and profound pudents proclaiming something panegyric while simultaneously and at the same time balancing the boring bland belicose banter of the baroque banchies baffling with bamboozling bouillabaisse and instructing the ignoble if ignominious and intentionally interim idiotic intent of ignorant inconsistent idiocies---and---without a doubt---declaring an emergency.
