A Resolution approving annexation to the City of Portland of properties lying between NE 147th and 165th Avenues, south of Sand Boulevard and north of NE Fremont and NE Fargo Street. This area includes two large parcels bounded by I-84 on the south and NE Fremont on the north. The area is known as Sandycrest and portion of Section 24, 1N2E, Section n25 1N2E, Section 19 1N2E and Section 30 1N2E, Multnomah County to be forwarded to the Portland Metropolitan Area Local Government Boundary Commission.
