TITLE: Introduced by Commissioner Bowes : Granting a revocable permit to Northwest Acceptance Corporation, 310 NE Oregon St, Portland, Oregon, to plant and maintain trees in the sidewalk area of NE Oregon St between NE 3rd Ave and a point 50 feet easterly therefrom, exempting said Northwest Acceptance Corporation from compliance with provisions of section 19-1825 of the traffic code, providing conditions, and declaring an emergency.
