TITLE: Introduced by Commissioner Bowes : Amending certain paragraphs entitled Ralsey and Mount Tabor routes and adding Fremont Express route in section 17, and amending section 19 so as to provide for special fares for Fremont Express, of ordinance number 115674 granting a franchise to the Rose City Transit Company to establish, own, maintain and operate motor coach lines in the City of Portland, so as to reroute the Halsey motor coach line, the Mt Tabor motor coach line and add the Fremont Express motor coach line, fixing an effective date and declaring an emergency
