TITLE: Granting a revocable permit to Iversen Construction Company, P O Box 121 Los Gatos, California 95031, local office, P O Box 830, 1102 SW 14th Ave, Portland, Oregon, to close to pedestrians and vehicular traffic portions of certain street areas located between SW 13th Ave and SW 15th Ave and between SW Jefferson St and W Burnside St, each location for a specific number of days between July 23 and September 15, 1965, in connection with work being done on the Stadium Freeway, waiving area restrictions in section 7-4402 of the Portland Building Code, and under certain conditions, and declaring an emergency.
