TITLE: An ordinance authorizing continuance of negotiations for sewer easements across tax lot 242, tax lot 8 and portions of block 10, Indian Hills, all in section 29, T1S, R1E, WM, Multnomah County, Oregon, authorizing the City Attorney to commence condemnation proceedings for said easements if necessary to obtain possession thereof for the purposes of construction and to incur expenses in connection therewith, not to exceed $1000 ; authorizing the drawing and delivery of a warrant or warrants, and declaring an emergency (Introduced by Commissioner Bowes)
