TITLE: Introduced by Commissioner Ivancie : Authorizing the Mayor and Commissioner of Public Affairs to execute on behalf of the City of Portland a contract with Portland Metropolitan Steering Committee - EOA (Inc) to provide that the steering committee will make available to the city federal funds in the amount of $20,035 to conduct a summer program of an estimated cost of $26,054 to benefit designated property areas in the city, authorizing receipt and disbursement of said funds as directed in ordinance number 127122, and declaring an emergency
