TITLE: An ordinance authorizing the amendment of the purchase of money mortgage between the City of Portland, R L Smith and Gladys R Smith, dated June 6, 1961, being city contract number 10329, as amended by ordinance number 122363 of April 27, 1966, so as to allow the mortgagee to retain possession of a portion of the affected property until June 30, 1971, unless needed prior thereto for public purposes, providing for payment of the real property taxes during possession by the mortgagee, and declaring an emergency (Introduced by Commissioner Ivancie)
