TITLE: Introduced by Mayor Schrunk : Abolishing certain positions in the general fund retroactive to February 11, 1970, and providing for additional revenue from the state tax street fund and the sewage disposal fund to reimburse the general fund for certain services, in order to generate savings to aid in funding labor agreements recently negotiated by the council, and declaring an emergency.
