TITLE: Amending title 24 of the city code by adopting new regulations promulgated by the State Director of Commerce, setting out in different sections the provisions for fire safety, deleting therefrom the provisions for special construction for the handicapped and adopting the state provisions for special construction for the handicapped, maintaining the city's prior provisions for administration, fire zones, special inspections, and fee schedule, and reorganizing the title so that it includes all provisions of the state building and structural safety code (1876)
