TITLE: Amending contract number 13590 with Stevens, Thompson and Runyan, Inc, to delete the four percent engineers fee for the excess cost of professional liability insurance, and enlarging the services to be performed under contract number 13590 to include professional consulting engineering services for the design, preparation of plans and specifications for removing the deteriorating lightweight aggregate block exterior walls from the four digesters at the Columbia Blvd sewage treatment plant and replacing them with frost-free brick, for an additional sum not to exceed $5000 ; authorizing the drawing and delivery of warrants, and declaring an emergency
