TITLE: An ordinance regulating the sale of liquor in grills, public dining rooms and restaurants and prohibiting the sale of liquors therein to persons under the age of twenty-one years and prohibiting the employment of women under the age of twenty-one in such grills, public dining rooms and restaurants where spirituous or intoxicating liquors are sold or served, prohibiting persons from drinking any spirituous or intoxicating liquors in grills, public dining rooms or restaurants which are not licensed to sell liquor therein, providing a penalty and declaring an emergency.
