TITLE: Amending Ordinance No 152640 and amending the Offer and Acceptance-Bond Purchase Agreement attached as Exhibit A to Ordinance No. 152640 which authorized the issuance and sale of $5,000,000, Sewage Facilities Revenue Bonds, Series 1982, to the State of Oregon, Department of Environmental Quality, by deleting the original bond purchasing agreement and substituting a new agreement therefor to be entitled Revised Bond Purchase Agreement in order to eliminate impairment of future bond sales relating to sewage facilities and to provide for a design/build fast track contract for the construction of sludge composting facilities declaring an emergency (2853)
