TITLE: Authorize the City to enter into an agreement with the NW Natural Gas Company, Pacific Square Associates, and Hayden Corporation which provides for the modification of the Glisan Street ramp to the Steel Bridge and provides for the Gas Company, Associates, and Hayden to provide seven and one half percent of the project cost not to exceed $50,000 to supplement the City share of the local match fund, and declare an emergency.
