An ordinance to repeal ordinance number 18805, entitled, "an ordinance granting a permit to F B Holbrook Company, its successors and assigns, to construct and operate an electric railway on certain streets in the City of Portland, Oregon, " which ordinance became effective on January 26, 1909, through operation of the law.
