TITLE: Authorize Cablesystems Pacific to extend residential subscriber cable television service under certain terms and conditions to an additional area of the City west of the Willamette River described in the franchise of Video Electronics, Inc., authorize Cablesystems to utilize and upgrade a portion of City-owned Fire Bureau cable for purposes of interconnecting its cable system plant with the plant of video Electronics, authorize payment by the City of the cost of interconnection, transfer funds from Unforeseen Reimbursables, provide for the termination of the franchise granted to Video Electronics under Ordinance No. 146153, and declare an emergency (Introduced by Commissioner Schwab)
