Amend ordinance which granted a zone change from A2.5S to A1S, for lot 6, including part in vacated street block 10, Terwilliger Homestead, located at SW Richardson, between Corbett Ave and Viewpoint Ter, under certain conditions, so as to delete Condition C and to add a condition to assure that the development is compatible with the neighborhood, and declare an emergency (amend ordinance no. 150489).
