TITLE: Authorize the Purchasing Agent to sign a purchase order as a contract with Henshaw, dba Amaricore, PO Box 16798, Portland, OR 97216 for furnishing and installing bus shelters, and a contract release order with the State of Oregon for Price Agreement No. 33-100-5465 as governed by the UMTA Provisions for Grant Funded Procurement, for the Bureau of Transportation Engineering at the estimated amount of $46,200, authorize the drawing and delivery of Warrant(s), waive performance bond requirements and declare an emergency (1414)
