2023 Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) Implementation Plan (TIP)
Final 2023 Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) Implementation Plan (TIP) identifies management strategies that the City of Portland will use to reduce pollutants from nonpoint sources to restore and protect water quality in local waterways and the Willamette River. The City will implement the TIP strategies within its jurisdiction during the next 5-year implementation plan cycle.
