Communication from City Attorney returning Calendar No. 2553, report of the Purchasing Agent on bids for furnishing fence for the Bureau of Fire, said report recommending the rejection of the bids and that Purchasing Agent be given authority to purchase in the open market. Form of ordinance attached and authorizing purchase of fence in the open market.
