An ordinance authorizing the Purchasing Agent to advertise for and receive proposal for furnishing one electrically operated bookkeeping machine for the use of the City Treasurer's Office, authorizing the Mayor and Commissioner of Finance to enter into a contract therefor, and declaring an emergency.
