Report of City Planning Commission on petition of Mrs. Mary Keenan, asking to change from zone 1 to 2, the west half of lot 6, block 58, Carter's Addition, situated on the east side of the old Canyon road about 250 feet south of the second underpass on that road. Planning Commission recommends petition be denied, but that petitioner be assured of her right to continue to use the property as a duplex or flat. Funk, George R.; Burdick, L. E.
