Report of the Commissioner of Public Utilities on communication from John P. Kiggins, Mayor of the City of Vancouver, Washington, requesting use of 2000 bleacher seats for the Washington State Firemen's Convention to be held in Vancouver. Recommended: That resolution be adopted.
