An ordinance transferring $1,500.00 from the General Fund appropriation Emergencies and Unforeseen Expenditures to an appropriation within the Bureau of Parks to provide for the maintenance of newly planted shrubbery along the 4th St Highway, authorizing the drawing of warrants, and declaring an emergency.
