The postcard is a view of Victoria, B.C. from the Government buildings in Victoria. The writing on the postcard says "in remembrance of happy days". This post card was sent to the Exposition Station. The Exposition Station is referring to the Fire Station at the Lewis and Clark Centennial Exposition (June 1, 1905 to October 14, 1905). Most likely this postcard was sent from the Fire Chief of the Victoria Fire Department to Captain Dowell. Biddy Dowell was made a Battalion Chief for the expo, and then went back to a Captain after the expo
