Reporting Policy Documents - Commercial Building Energy Performance

Portland City Council approved the Commercial Building Energy Performance Reporting Policy in April 2015 that requires owners of commercial buildings 20,000 square feet and over to track energy performance information using ENERGY STAR® Portfolio Manager® and report this information to the City of Portland on an annual basis.
